Our current collections are California-based, capturing the state’s beauty and culture, but we plan to expand into other regions soon. Each design is crafted using advanced computer graphic design, ensuring high-quality and detailed artwork.

2. What materials are used for Trillo products?

Our products are made from sustainable, high-quality materials. For example:

  • T-Shirts: 100% premium carded cotton, garment-dyed and pre-shrunk for long-lasting color and fit.
  • Hoodies: A soft, durable blend of 50% pre-shrunk cotton and 50% polyester, providing midweight warmth and comfort.
  • Hats: A lightweight, breathable fabric blend of cotton, nylon, and polyester, designed for all-day wear.

Each item is made on-demand, reducing waste and supporting eco-friendly practices.

3. How does on-demand production work?

On-demand production means each item is made specifically when you place an order. This helps reduce overproduction, supports sustainability, and ensures that each piece is crafted just for you.

4. How can I return or exchange an item?

We have a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must have proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at hbmmworldsgraphics@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a shipping label and further instructions. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hbmmworldsgraphics@gmail.com if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

6. Are there any items that cannot be returned?

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

7. Do you offer exchanges?

We recommend returning the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Yes, we ship internationally. Please note that if you're in the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days for any reason, as long as the item is in its original condition.
